OA Center for Orthopaedics has partnered with the Parisi Speed School to provide sports performance enhancement programs at the new OA Performance Center in Saco. With over 100,000 athletes from every level of athletics having experienced the Parisi Speed School, the program has become nationally recognized as the leader in performance enhancement training. Instead of training athletes sports-specifically, the Parisi method focuses on each individual’s entire athletic base.

The main goal is building the athletic foundation of the athlete; multi-directional speed, strength, fl exibility, balance, coordination, and nutrition. With this philosophy in mind the Parisi Speed School staff will use the signature Parisi training method together with the Portland Junior Pirates to help the players unleash their potential and provide them with training knowledge they can use throughout their athletic careers.
